It's clear the democrats in Michigan are in control of both houses with a slew of new legislation that was passed this week. Elliot-Larson passed both chambers. Rifles and shotgun registration passes the house. House repeals abortion law, right to work law, and reinstates prevailing wage law. Eight Republican house members vote along with three senators to pass Elliot-Larson Gay Civil Rights bill.
